Política de reembolso

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in their original packaging. To start a return, email hello@harrowfieldstore.shop with your order number.

Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Items that are worn, washed or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. Final-sale items are not returnable unless faulty.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund it in full, including shipping.
